For the original Mozart Kugeln chocolates visit the Fuurst shop, which is located near the University square in a small shop under the archway- its easy to miss. They are expensive- but definetly worth every penny. The difference in quality is amazing.

Locals consider the best Kugeln to be made by Mirabell.  The Reber brand is considered less in quality.  Ironically, the cheapest kuglen is found in the tourist shops that line the platz just south of the Dom.  These were one third the cost of kugeln found in town.
