I just completed a 4 day stay. Nicely renovated rooms with 32 inch LCD TVs. Two in my suite, with a view overlooking Lake Union. I paid a $174 company rate which was cheap relative to other comparable hotels in downtown Seattle. It is not the closest hotel to Pike's market or the 1st Ave restaurants. I got tire of walking around, but there are several nice restaurants within a block or two along Lake Union.
Breakfast was same as any Residence Inn. Wednesday, they have a happy hour with full Mexican food. Tacos, enchiladas, beer, wine, chips. Nothing on any other nights.
Parking was $19. I had a rental SUV to park, and parking in their secure lot is very, very tight. If someone parks next to you, you are going to need a crowbar to pry yourself into your car.
