We stayed here from 29th Dec to 6th Jan so over New Year. Paid $150 a night as it was a peak time. Rooms very basic but fine. good to be by the beach as weather was warm and lots of sun too (even though they had forecast rain!). bus stop right outside to go to bondi junction train station or directly into the city,. we caught the bus a lot. very frequent - never had to wait long.

Overall the stay was worth the money, we paid about £50 a night ($110 aud). The location is about a 5 min walk to the beach and loads of cafes close by. The car park which costs no extra is a huge bonus. Wouldnt recommend for a romantic holiday or if you want luxury but is great base for exploring sydney - clean, functional, and cheap!!

We ended up with quite a large room as we were put into a family room at no extra charge. The room our friends stayed in was a decent size, about as big as an average hotel room. Rooms were clean and tidy but did smell a little of bleach for our first few days. The rooms have been all newly decorated, but bathrooms are still very much early 80's. Aircon works well, but again is an old unit so is a bit noisy.

We stayed 7 days and our rooms were not serviced. We asked for clean towels but they were going to charge us for them, we had a rummage around in the cupboard in our room and found some spares. There are large bins in the carpark so you can get rid of the rubbish out of your room.

Our room was at the back of the block and looked over a tennnis court (not part of the complex) so at about 7am every morning we awoke to the thwack of tennis balls. Apart from the tennis balls the complex is very quiet. The pool is in the carpark and is tiny, but the beach and a 50m sea pool is a short stroll away so not really a problem

Nice apartments, wouldnt put anymore than 2 people in one though.

Apartments were clean and furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay. Only 10min walk from Bondi Beach and 20 mins bus ride from Sydney city centre and bus stop is right outside apartment complex.. Be warned though, the pool is nothing like it looks on the apartment's website, its absolutely tiny and in the middle of the car park (literally).

Overall though, was good value for money and would recommend them to anyone. Maybe not for those looking for that something special though.
