We stayed there from 8.-12.5.08. We found this hotel by Trip Advisor and we chose this one because of the great reviews there. We didn’t regret. This hotel is superb choise and we had wonderful stay there. Is has perfect location. Metro station is in front of the hotel and it’s very easy to get everywhere. The street is quiet despite of the traffic around the Arch of Triumph. We’ve wonderful view of the Arch of Triumph and stayed at superior room. It was spacious, perfect clean and very comfortable, nice furnished and decorated. But the classic rooms are not so spacious, so choose the superior if you can. At the reception the staff is very kind, helpful and speaks English fluently. They’ve recommended us superb fish restaurant near the hotel – 2 stations far from the hotel at Porte Maillot (only negative – quite expensive). Breakfast room is nice and modern decorated and the served food is good and quite various – e.g. fresh salmon (it not so usual at other Europeans 4stars hotels).
Choose this hotel! You’ll not regret! We would definitely return to this hotel next time.

We came for the second time and I must say that the service has improved A LOT. We were greated with a smile and everybody was FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. We will CERTAINLY come back . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The hotel is located in the very center of the city just across the famous Arc de Triumph. Acess to the hotel from the CDG airport with the buses of Air France is very easy. They stop just at the corner of the street. The buses are comfortable and cheap relatively to taxis. The room I stayed was a superior one with a balcony and a view of Arc de Triumph. The room was quite large for a couple even with a child. The only bad experience we had was about the hair dryer in our room. It was not operating and when we asked for a new one they said that they can not get a working one and they did not.
Altough the room was clean and well decorated it requires a renovation in coming one or two years. The concierge was helpfull and depending on whom sits on the front desk you could get english speaking stuff (This is something extraordinary in France)
Overall, it is not cheap hotel but if you want to be in the city center and have ease of access to both metro and buses it is good choice.

I booked this hotel on the base of superb references on tripadvisor and I made no mistake at all!
Nice staff, nice rooms, absolutely SUPERB location, most of rooms have view on Arc de Triumpf, you are directly on metro and bus connections to airport and street is quite quiet!
For the same price you can get much worse hotels in Paris.
I would definitely return to this hotel, and please note, I ´m quite demanding customer.
