Our second trip to St. Croix and we found paradise! This place is perfect! Adele, John & Blade were the most gracious hosts we have ever experienced. They insure that your stay is perfect, with advice on what to do, help in making reservations and even including the guests in their activities, like listening to Kurt Schiendler live.
Blade, the biggest German Shepard I have ever seen, always greets the guests at the door with a resounding bark. If you are not a dog lover, don't stay here-Blade will know you aren't and treat you accordingly.
There is no breakfast at this B&B, but the happy hours are wonderful, entertaining and long lasting. The three guest suites are beautiful, well decorated and very comfotable. The kitchenettes will save you money and trips to town, which is about fifteen minutes.
Anchor Dive Center is five minute walk down the roadand I would recommend them anytime. A few of the dive sights are only 10 minutes from the Anchor dock and directly off the Villa Margarita. My wife, a non-diver, got a big kick sitting on the balcony watching us do our deal. If you want to advance your certifications, one name-Scott Cook. This guy is GOOD.
Most surface intervals are at the Anchor dock.
Christiansted is great for shopping, food and wandering around.

Oh and American Airlines-Appears the locals prohibit additional baggage out during Christmas and New Years time frame. You won't find it posted on the AA website or at the airport when you arrive. Nobody says anything until you are leaving and then you have two nicely packed boxes of liquor (12-Bottles) that were a complete waste of quite a bit of money. American Airlines personnel could have cared less. So Fly Continental!
