We have just returned from a great 6 night stay at Villa Margarita. John and Adele (and Blade the dog) are great host and a wealth of knowledge on where to go and explore on St. Croix. We were not disappointed with any of the recommendations on restaurants. The villa has a great location and is very peacefull yet not to far from diving and places to eat. Our room was very clean and well looked after.

Would not hesitate staying here again!

My new wife and I chose to stay at the Villa Margarita for our honeymoon. We had visited there last year and the friendly hospitality, convienent, quiet location and privacy made it a great choice for us. John and Adele were away, but Mary Ann and Blade took great care of us. Again, everything was wonderful. We rented a car, and each day chose what we wanted to do while sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean below us. We could visit with the other guests that were staying there or be alone. This is a great place if you want to feel welcome and aren't interested in the All-Inclusive action-all-the-time vacation.

If you go to St. Croix, Kendricks in Christenstead is a great place for dinner!

Villa Margarita has wonderful ocean views. It is close to many nice beaches and restaurants and walking distance to a nice ocean swimming area. Anytime we had a question about something to do or somewhere to eat, Adele had the perfect suggestion, and every place she suggested was excellent. Villa Margarita has a nice, well-maintained swimming pool where Adele hosts a happy hour for their guests several times a week featuring drinks made from local Cruzan Rum. Adele and John were fantastic hosts and we can't wait to go back again.

We just returned from Villa Margarita and wish that we could go back! We spent 4 nights and 5 days with John and Adele, loving every minute of it.

Their property is spotless, charming, a welcoming environment, felt like home, J&A are available for help finding your way to the best spots around the island, but are also scarce when you want some alone time by the pool.

The location of Villa Margarita was perfect for us. At one of the very northern most points of the island, with equal driving distances to both F'sted and C'sted. The drive to the property is virtually a private driveway and very "out of the way" to give you that feel of having the entire island to yourself!!

Adele made us each a mean rum drink on your arrival and that hospitality continued throughout our stay.

Just a short walk past the pool places you on the beach, which for us, was entirely private for us during our stay. We didn't see another soul on "our beach" and it was fantastic.

J&A have thought of everything concerning their property. We purchased some groceries for eating in, made good use of the blender provided, as well as the cd player. Beach towels were provided, as was wireless access (we had to force ourselves to check in at home!)

We stayed in the West Suite. The view from those upstairs rooms is breathtaking! Salt River Marina, the north shore, the other USV Islands, not to mention the stars, sunrise and sunsets! Every effort is made to make sure that the rooms are in tip-top shape upon checkin. In fact, I wish I could bring Adele back to MY house to help me keep it up!

If we go back to St Croix, we know where we'll be staying!
