We had spent 5 days in beautiful Maui at a resortQuest Condo had a great experience. Arrive at the hotel in Oahu and we were treated rudely by a "Kris" who informed us he'd call us when our room was ready. We inquired about a late checkout and were informed that it wasn't likely since they were double booked. How... more

The hotel is ok, as written before it is a bit dated. As this was the first time in Waikiki, I was a bit disappointed by this, I always thought that Hawaii is very extraordinary and also the hotels. The hotel was clean and generally staff was helpful. The BoB is something unique, we knew it would not be gourmet,... more

My husband and I were married on Oahu on July 29th 2008. We stayed at the Resortquest Waikiki Beach Hotel. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on the 17th floor. We had family members staying at the same hotel and they were in regular hotel rooms so I can discuss both. We were all on the same floor which... more

Stayed in ocean front room with wonderful views over Waikiki Beach. As expected the room was not huge - but 2 double beds OK for self and 2 teenagers. Bathroom not huge but again adequate. BOB was a bonus as able to breakfast with this each morning (but come early - items run out and aren't replaced from about 9am).... more

Great location - right by beach and Diamond Head. Pretty nice updated rooms, bathrooms not as much. Good breakfast included. Valet a little pricey - find parking on street. Nice activities for kids. more

Just returned. This place was excellent. Great location, within a half mile of the International Market, great resturants, and shopping. Biggest bonus, the Breakfast on the Beach and being directly across the street from the public beach! The rooms were small, but very clean (no cockroaches, not one was seen, for us this was a first), plus we had a... more

Our third trip to Waikiki; husband insistent on a balcony and a view. Discounted the "posh" places, and booked 6 nights here and were not disappointed. Decor is very Hawaiian and very pink, but we're not at home are we. The room was spacious (2 queen beds); bathroom a bit small and dated, but adequate. The balcony was large enough... more

This was our second stay at this hotel in two years. Both times it was wonderful. The staff including the maintence crew were especially nice. I got my sd card stuck in the tv and they came right up to remove it for me, they were so nice. The location is great, nice to just walk accross the street and... more

This was my first real vacation in 10 years. My two sons and I had the time of our lives. Our stay started with an upgrade to an ocean view room at no extra charge (and totally unasked for-what a nice treat considering the hotel was totally booked). What a view. I hope to get room 1913 the next time... more

This hotel is great for all, single or families. The room was clean and nicely decorated, the ocean front view is amazing and the breakfast on the beach is nice. I have nothing to complain about. The beach directly in front has a water break so it is nice for families. You don't have to worry about kids drifting out... more
