We elected to stay 6 days, longer than our convention. Our room was situated on 4th floor, corner next to the maintenance dept,(no view once so ever there) They appear to run a 24 hr.shift. We purchased a package from Pleasant Holidays and several items, such as an room upgrade, were promised and not delivered when we reached the hotel. We called Pleasant Holiday and AAA for assistance, but they were indifferent to the situation and shifted blame to the hotel. more
