This hotel has it all!!! I have stayed in many 'luxury' hotels but The Twelve was the best! I used to stay at the Westin for Americasmart convention but due to it's decline in the property and thanks to a friend's recommendation I made reservations here and I can't thank them enough! When we walked in the room we all... more

Just returned from a week's stay Twelve Centennial. Had the most unusual call from the hotel 2 days before we left..... "checking on your reservation for 5 nights, but do you need 5 hotel rooms?" Excuse me? A family of three doesn't need 5 hotel rooms - right? Anyway, got that all cleared up. Arrived and our room was really... more

The time it would take me to go through all of the details of my horrible experience to my stay @ the 12 Centennial Park is more than I have to spend. So I will make it brief. I flew into Atlanta thinking that I was booked @ the 12 Atlantic Station (where I often stay and also have 6... more

I had high hopes for this hotel since apparently it's fairly new. The location is right downtown within walking distance to a few restaurants. The decor is unique with the exposed concrete walls and ceilings and modern furtinure. But it wasn't very clean. There were stains on the sofa and chair. We used the sleeper sofa and when we pulled... more

I went to a conference in Atlanta the first week of March. The day I was to come home- Ohio had a blizzard. We were trapped in Atlanta, and even though we had checked out, the hotel got us a new room and they were very accomadating. The suites are very nice and very clean. I loved having a full... more

My husband, son and I stayed at the Twelve for three nights, and for the value (one-bedroom suite was $189 per night), it was a great deal. The room felt new with modern finishes and it had a very sizable kitchen. It felt like a boutique-like hotel without the usual drawbacks of a boutique hotel (loud clubs/restaurants, loud rooms, indifferent... more

Stayed 5 nights during a trade show at the World Congress Center. Just to far to walk, but the Hotel was SO NICE that it made the cab ride worth it. With long trade show hours and the stress of working them, it was so cool to come back to this hotel, when you walk through the door to your... more

Found this Hotel on line. Very impressed when we arrived only to find out there are 2 locations in Atlanta. We were not advised prior to arrival. The second location was the correct place and equally impressive however we were about 45 minutes delayed because of the confusion. The hotel also charges a $75 per day per adult for security... more

We stayed at Twelve for a long weekend. We didn't want the hassle or expense of getting or parking a car, so I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to CNN and the Aquarium. Both are within walking distance to Twelve (CNN was 0.7 miles and the Aquarium was about a half mile) . As someone else mentioned, one... more

My husband and 3 kiddies (1, 3, 5yo) stayed here Dec 27-30. My sister lives in Atlanta but I thought we would stay here for convenience since we wanted to visit the Aquarium. The Aquarium was wonderful but very, very crowded (we were there at 10am), lots of stuff for kids but overly crowded and difficult to keep track of... more
