Changed to this hotel after walking out of the Westin due to its shabby and grubby state. We enjoyed a beautiful suite up on the 11th floor, which was bright, spotlessly clean and spacious. Full height windows and balcony added to the great views. Whilst not in the absolute heart of town, it was nevertheless accessible to downtown and main... more

The Pan Pacific was a wonderful place to stay. I landed extremely early and the front desk had no problem checking me into a fantastic suite with a great view even though it was 10:45 in the morning. I really liked the decor and atmosphere. The location is a bit north of downtown but is perfect if you've got a... more

Based on the other reviews, I had high expectations on the hotel and location. On both I was disappointed, and I don't consider myself too picky about hotels. The hotel is extremely hard to find. To find the hotel, it would have been helpful to know that I should drive into the Westlake condo complex rather than look for a... more

The Pan Pacific Seattle was gorgeous and the atmosphere was great....the only thing wrong is they do not provide the basic of necessities. They do not provide a fridge or microwave or ice. Having a 2-year-old, we needed the fridge to store her milk. They had a mini-bar and if you move anything, it's all electronic and you will be... more

This hotel is a perfect demonstration of the fact that different people value different things. If you love modern, contemporary design and architecture, Asian flair, unique room layout, then you may well love this hotel. However, if you value function over form, you may be very disappointed. If you want to call "Service One" (i.e., the concierge button) for a... more

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stay in. All the staffs are great and friendly. The room is clean and has great interior! The best part of the hotel is the Whole food market underneath it. It sells all kinds of organic products and yummy cooked food buffet. If I'm going back to Seattle again, this is the... more

Due to high season in Seattle we had to stay at two hotels during our recent week there. We first checked into the Westin Seattle for a couple of days and then the Pan Pacific Seattle. (In my opinion the Westin hotel is in desperate need of renovations, although their Fitness Center was nice. It was NOT 4 star, it... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights after our Alaskan curise. We got off the curise around 8:30 AM and called the hotel to see if we can check in early or leave our luggages with them. Since the hotel was toally booked, we were not able to get into our room until about 3:30. But... more

Stayed at Pan Pacific 2 nights over July 4th weekend. I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff. They made restaurant recommendations (that turned out great) and reservations. They provided a handy map of the city upon arrival and answered our many questions regarding getting around. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a partial... more
