DON"T DO IT! The mattress was as hard as the floor. The room had a funny smell. The veneer on the furniture was peeling off. The telephone didn't work. The windows wouldn't open. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the bathroom floor was peeling away from the wall. The light on the bathroom ceiling had years of grungy... more

We arrived early 3 hours before check-in and the clerk let us into our room. Friendly service from the staff. Our room was in the courtyard. This place is not the Ritz, but $109 a night in July is impossible to find in PB. The rooms are far from remodeled, but well worth the price. I'm defintely coming back next... more

I have never given a hotel a bad recommendation. But my stay was not the best. in fact I had made reservation 2 months in advance so that I could have the rooms that I wanted. I had reserved 3 rooms. one being a Handcapped and had to pay more for that room. When I arrived they did not have... more

When we pulled into this motel it looked decent. The outside looked clean and kept up. The guy at the front desk was really nice, and we thought we had made a good choice. That all changed as soon as we entered our room. Our room smelled musty and dirty and the paint and carpet looked old and dirty. The... more

We arrived at this hotel and booked a room on the spot for $70. We were given room 27A and assumed that it was a normal room. As we made our way to our room, we realized that all of the other rooms were just simple numbers and had no letter after them. When we unlocked the door to our... more

Okay -- it's not the Hilton, but you aren't paying the cost of a Hilton either! For the price (compared to the others next door) this hotel serves your needs. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I didn't have a problem with the minor cosmetic issues, i.e., wallpaper under window peeling or a few... more

We had a three day reservation. We have stayed there regularly for years and had a good time. The night we stayed there, there was a three inch cockroach in the room we had to try to catch. The bed our daughter was in had bed bugs. She got an infection from them and had to go to the doctor... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in 2004 and 2005, both times in august. We both loved this place, which is that close to the beach, and one minute walking from the best restaurants, clubs, and pubs of the area. Our room (27) was not first rate, but confortable and clean. The staff was all very helpful and... more

This was seriously the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. Unfriendly staff from the minute I checked in. I was told me my credit card was declined (I called my bank a few minutes later and my balance was more than sufficient to pay for the room), so they asked me to pay cash up front, then run my... more

Even though location and price are ok, do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE but this place! We enter the room and there's a super strong smell of what can only be described as soiled diapers. My sense of smell isn't very good, but the stench was really BAD. Barest minimum of towels (very abrasive too), couldn't get more than... more
