Stayed for 2 nights at this beautifully appointed Westin. Although it is a business hotel with the convention center right next door, it provided us a great Boston experience. It is in a newly restored wharf area with a brand new T station right across the street. They have a Starbucks and indoor pool on the property with heavenly beds... more

My wife and I decided on a whim to have dinner (Petit Robert Bistro in Kenmore Square)in Boston last Saturday, so, being an SPG member and looking for points, I looked up rates at all Boston-area Starwood properties - Found a deluxe king room here at the Westin Waterfront for under $160 ! The hotel's very easy to find from... more

We only stayed here because my husband had to attend two back-to-back meetings that took place in this hotel. His corporate travel agent booked the room, but ended up having to get two separate prices for the two meetings. We arrived by the Silver Line Bus at the World Trade Center stop and not knowing the city, went to the... more

In terms of amneties, and all the services of the hotel, I found it excellent, including the building and a very professional staff. Location for downtown in not good because in the the subway you have to change twice, however for the airport is most convenient. more

The Westin is a smart, modern hotel adjacent to the convention centre, about 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station. It has everything you would expect to find in this style of hotel with the added advantage of great, unobstructive views from the higher floors. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. If I was sent to Boston... more

We stayed for one night while attending a wedding. It was very convenient to the wedding location. The hotel caters to the convention crowd and certainly feels like a large, chic, urban hotel. The decor is very contemporary and minimal. The heavenly bed and heavenly shower are truly very nice and the room was open and airy with large windows.... more

As a loyal SPG member I was pleased to find this new Westin when I started planning my fall trip to New England. We were not worried about the proximity to downtown and thought this would be a great place to stay as our home base. We traveled to Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The hotel served... more

The Westin Boston Waterfront is a lovely hotel. Its public areas and rooms are decorated beautifully. The staff was professional, the gym was well-equipped, and the room was spotless and nicely furnished. My 10th floor room, overlooking the harbor in the distance, was also very quiet. The only minor complaints regarding this hotel is that the room service food was... more

We stayed at this location before leaving Boston on a New England cruise. The hotel is not directly downtown, but easily reachable via a cab, subway, or by walking. The hotel is attached to the convention center, and close to the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel was neat and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful, especially the valet... more
