With the exception of the staff who assisted us with the valet parking, the employees were unpleasant and rude. The non-smoking room smelled as though it had recently been converted from a smoking room and that some effort had been made to mask the smoke. The room was small, though clean. We have stayed here a number of times while visiting Boston for business and pleasure. The hotel has been renovated and is centrally located near the Theatre District and Tufts Medical Center. It is a 15 minute of so walk to Faneuil Hall and a block or less from the T station. You even get a Doubletree Chocolate Chip cookie.... more
