Celebrated our two year anniversary here, they upgraded our room for free upon check-in with friendly service. Not as close to the TD Banknorth Garden as we would have liked but the entire staff was more than helpful in directing us on how to get around. Clean facilities, with a very beautiful (albeit a little small for families) pool and... more

Folks, I stay 125+ nights a year in hotels .. below are my ratings for this property. 5 being the best rating. Diamond Member Accommodations (i.e. Lounge, Breakfast, etc) = 1; This may seem like a harsh rating but I think it is spot on. I have stayed at the Waldorf in NYC, who also doesn’t have a Diamond Lounge.... more

My husband is in Boston often for business, and I come with him most of the time, which means we stay in alot of hotels. When it comes to nicer business hotels, they are all pretty much the same with some differences here and there... but the Hilton Boston Back Bay stands out from the pack. The building is new... more

This was our second stay at Hilton Back Bay. We were on the Hilton Honors floor. Our room had an unreal view, you could see all of Boston. It was amazing. The hotel is nice, its in close proximity to alot of attractions in Boston. The price of the rooms are very high though. We only stay there when we... more

My husband and I enjoyed the location of the hotel, but encountered poor service, which we have never encountered at other Hilton Hotels, where we have stayed at in the U.S. Except for one young lady, who handled our check-in, the reception desk people were impolite and unfriendly. But the worst service came from the hotel's own concierge: She was... more

Big, fairly standard room though terrible soundproofing meant that I shared in a long phone conversation made from the room next door. Excellent fitness centre & clearly popular. All machines in use at 7am! Funny little Starbucks bar downstairs more

This is a well positioned hotel. Whilst there we walked everywhere and if it was a little to far to walk, the hotel is handy to two subway (theT) stations. Rooms are clean and comfortable and we had ample storage. Unlike many hotels, the in room safe was big enough for our laptop. Most of the staff are friendly and... more

The hotel lobby has 2 computers for guests to use for free. The hotel has a very good swimming pool/gym but there is a nice outdoor area (didnt find this til the... more
