was a bit worried as we had read bad reviews but i think they must of been at a different hotel went there for our 25 wedding anniversary staff were lovely and very helpful security at night was good lovely room kept lovely and clean great location very handy for bart there was homeless but we never felt threatened overall... more

My Husband and I had a Horrific Time getting married (including a mugging and a robbery), this hotel was WONDERFUL! Their prices are extremely reasonable (esp. for the quality of the hotel). The rooms were great. The staff was professional....I couldn't recommend them more! more

We had a great time> The hotel is in walking distance to everything. The staff were very very helpful and friendly. The rooms I found small but clean and nicely decorated. Would stay again. Lots of homeless people but they never bothered us at all. See you on our next trip to San Fran!! more
