I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco for a four day conference. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms came with small tubes of toothpaste which you business travels know is most helpful. The front desk staff was great as were the bartenders at the main bar. I love my room with a great view of... more

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a very positive experience. The room and bathroom were very large and well-appointed with quality furnishings and products. I needed to purchase a souvenir from the hotel store and would have come back to the hotel late, well after the store closing, and the reception staff arranged to hold... more

Got a great rate via Hotwire for our family vacation to SF. The hotel is very nice - the Embarcadero is a convenient location with shopping, dining, and public transportation nearby. Hotel lobby/atrium is beautiful and has a very impressive Christmas display for the holidays. Housekeeping was great - very responsive when we needed extra towels, etc. The only negative... more

Stayed at the Hyatt for a conference. Since they didn't have a room available for the last day of our stay, they upgraded us to a Deluxe Room which was very nice: great amenities, very clean, flat-screen TV, very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Have only one complaint - do not use their WiFi if... more

I was booked at this hotel for a conference, so I didn't choose it, and I have to say this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. It is the noisiest hotel because all the rooms span off the main foyer where music and events echo throughout the whole hotel and because my room... more

My wife and I (mid-twenties) stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night for a romantic getaway in the city. While the location of the hotel is good, the hotel itself feels jaded. The bathroom is small, and the room is not extra-ordinary. The hotel lobby is alright, but at various places, the walls are not painted, and the hotel... more

I booked this room on Priceline and got the room for a bargain. When I checked in, I asked if the room had a view. It didn't, but I was told that for only $35 more I could get a room with a view of the bay. The view was incredible. I didn't want to leave the room after checking... more

This is one of the priciest Hotels in the San Francisco Bay area located near Fisherman's Wharf. I thought the hotel would live up to the Hilton name the reason I booked it. The bathrooms are very small and the amenities are old and out of date. There was chipped wood at the counter by the sink and it just... more
