Hotel services were second to none, which is expected at a Four Seasons. Room was nice, but we have had better for half the price, perhaps updating is needed. Good downtown location and hotel courtesy vehicle was very convenient. Pool area was nice, but pool side service was slow to nonexistent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, hotel staff made it... more

This hotel, where I have stayed 4 or 5 times in the last year, is reliably excellent. The staff are uniformly helpful; the hotel provides excellent services and has a friendly bar with a jazz pianist who plays every evening. the rooms are comfortable and large. the hotel itself is connected to a shopping mall and office towers with an... more

My husband and I were in Houston to see the Houston Astros play the NY Yankees. The hotel was a perfect locaction to get to the stadium and even offered complimentary car service to the game. I can not say enough about this hotel. The service was wonderful - large spacious room with wonderful beds and pillows. We loved the... more

A very good hotel and enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable, very clean, and adequately sized. The staff was consistently helpful, friendly, and smiling. We stay in some of the best 4 & 5 star hotels and the Four Seasons staff ranked with the best. Doormen, drivers, concierge all learned my wife's name in the first two days and addressed her... more

I thought this hotel was fine. The elevator and common areas were a bit dated, but the location is good for business and the sheets and staff were very good to deal with. The good news is the rates that I got seemed to reflect the condition of the hotel. more

I am (was?) a big fan of Four Seasons, I have stayed at their hotels in New York, Paris, Budapest, Milan, Mexico City, Punta Mita, etc. They are always impeccable, food is always top notch, rooms and bathrooms are always nice but most of all, service is extremely good. Not in Houston. If you change the name of the hotel... more

Good service and fairly comfortable. But not the top rate experience you would expect from a Four Seasons. For example the rooms and bathrooms are not much better than other downtown hotels. The safe is not large enough for a laptop. There is no coffee machine in the room. The hotel is a bit more expensive than other downtown hotels.... more

I will agree with previous reviews that this hotel seems older then other Four Seasons and in need of renovations. Enter the lobby and you are surrounded by the lap luxury, circa 1985. The rooms are in the same shape. My chaise was tattered and the desk chair was coming apart. Surprisingly, the bed was not of the plush or... more

I stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times over several months in early 08. The first couple of times resulted in Four Seasons type experience, although this hotel is smaller and somewhat more modest that other Four Seasons. Restaurant is great. Workout room is good with health club option nearby. It has all amenities expected. The last two visits... more

We recently spent several days at the Four Seasons Houston. All in all, this was a very nice experience and we would have no problem returning there. The room was completely clean and the housekeeping service was very good every day; the room was nice but a little bit older feeling, as compared to newer 4 and 5 star hotels.... more
