Chose to stay here since it was closest to the dorms for move-in and orientation. Can't complain, really, about much. Service in the restaurant was slow but otherwise everything was nice. Other reviews are on the mark -- noisy AC, bathroom could be cleaner, but overall, I would stay here again. more

Great location.Very clean, comfortable room. Comfortable beds with plenty of good pillows. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff that went out of their way to be helpful. I really like this hotel. It's convenient to Pitt, CMU and across the street from the Carnegie Art and History museums. I was surprised to learn that kids don't eat free here if you book through a discounter like Priceline or Hotwire.
