I stayed in room 111. Perhaps the problems were isolated to just this room but I wasn't happy with my overall experience. My major problems were with the bathroom. I've stayed in Elk City several times at hotels. This is the nicest hotel in town (and probably the most expensive, too...but you get what you pay for.) The room was nice and clean and well appointed. The wireless internet fired right up. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got free water bottles, candy bars and cookies, plus a nice breakfast buffet. We were tired from travelling and ate dinner at the restaurant. The food was typical hotel fare, but the staff was very helpful. more

We were unsure about staying at this hotel because we had considered some HOliday Inns to be run down. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this property. We found this hotel okay. It was clean and had all the items you would expect. Hair dryer, coffee maker, movies on demand, games and free internet access, little sopas and shampoos.
