After reading the reviews of this hotel we were worried about our Disney vacation and actually considered moving hotels before we left. I am glad we did not. A True Sheraton Expierience from check-in to check out...I booked two rooms via the sheraton website and requested adjoining rooms, upon arrival that's what was reserved/held for us. I visited The Sheraton Safari Hotel in March 2005, and again in March 2006 and throughly enjoyed both visits. The rooms are clean, affordable and offer basic amenities. The beds are Sheraton Sleeper beds and are uber comfy - you will feel as though you are sleeping on cloud nine!! After exploring WDW, you will definately need a good rest!... more

We were really pleased with the hotel. Our children loved the pool with its python slide and enjoyed the Africa theme. Their breakfasts were the best of any we had in the US (especially their made to order omelettes) and with their Kids eat Free deal the best value too! We just returned from a three night stay at the Sheraton Safari Resort. The lobby and decor is very nice, with a very neat tank for American Alligators.
