It's a hostel. It's pretty clean, the rooms are pretty comfortable and the people are pretty nice. I liked it, but didn't go crazy for it. I was in a dorm room, 4 beds. They tell me it gets very crazy there in the winter. It was kind of crazy in the fall. more

Nothing flash about the hotel itself but its clean and has all the basics. Its main thing is that it is very cheap. Brilliant location. 2 mins from the beach. Very near all the shopping. Great location, dont expect the Ritz or a 5* hotel.....cheap and cheerful, nice pool, couple of mins walk to beach....pretty clean. Id stay there again if I was on a budget like we were this time. more

The first thing you notice in Collins Ave is the amount of 5 stars hotels and in the same street there is Tropics. Very good value for money. The location is central. 100m from the beach.
