“Nice hotel, but we didn't feel safe”

We got a cruise package at this hotel it was a park and stay. We left our car at the hotel while we went on our 4 night cruise. They had a shuttle that would pay for two people to get to the port. They told us to be in the lobby by 10:45 AM to get on the shuttle... more

Stayed at Hyatt Place Miami Airport due to advertised park/sleep/fly package for 1 night prior to flight to Costa Rica.
