based on previous reviews we booked this hotel. the airport van couldn't pick us up but they paid for our taxi. hotel staff was helpful and the room was holiday inn fare. great location near stores and restaurants. i would recommend for a pre or post cruise stay. more

Stayed post cruise. Reservation made one month prior. Checked in at 12:00pm. Given a room on the 4th floor with a window facing neighboring building wall (approx. 5-6 ft away). Being claustrophobic, I requested for another room. The adjacent rooms have windows facing the hotel's parking lot. The rooms were being cleaned. Front desk told us to return at 3:00pm.... more
