We were somewhat cautious to stay here based on the other experiences noted in Trip Advisor. The only complaint was the impending hurricane (IKE) and that was out of their control! We arrived at Emerald Grande easy check-in. Gorgeous view right on the harbor and bay. Confusing parking and no carts to take your luggage to room. They want you to use valet parking and bellmen.
