Good location, very nice reception and lounge area. Breakfast buffet is overpriced, food was average at best. Must have hired new evening front desk staff, seemed inexperienced, key did not work, they forgot wake-up call. Have stayed there before and did not have the problems. more

I can't say enough good things about this property. Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and great beds. Not cheap, however worth the money. My only complaint would be that for a hotel of this size there are only 2 elevators and they are so slow that the stairs are far easier. Gorgeous location and free transportation are major pluses. more

The rooms are clean and comfortable and there are nice little touches like a free newspaper, free coffee all day, free cookies in the afternoon and sometimes appetizers at the bar, and a free shuttle to the nearby shopping and dining area.
