This hotel was definitely quality than other "Quality Inn" locations i have stayed at. there was a very large hair in the sink - dont know how housekeeping could miss it. the property was older and getting a bit rundown. childrens pool toys spread all over the pool deck (thought maybe they were family members of the owners). was not... more
I stay in hotels around 320 days in a year due to my consulting work. Sometime I spend out of my pocket and sometime my clients pay for hotels. I am travelling so much that I can give an expert advise on hotels, flights, restaurants and car rentals. Actually, it has become my passion that I stay in hotels for... more
We chose the Quality Inn University because it was the lowest price in the area. I keep the bar pretty low, and I'm certainly not expecting The Ritz. I will say that the most important thing, cleanliness of the room, was acceptable. But the overall property is run down and needs a whole lot of attention. We were there for... more
Our non smoking romm smelled like 20 people just lit up. Proof that the room had been smoked in was discovered not only through smell, but sight as well. Much better than the hotel across the street. Clean and a nice breakfast. Easy on from the main road. Can't beat the price, especially for a short stay. Staff friendly. more

The hotel is at Exit 1B off I-95 South. The room was spacious w/ Micro & Fridge. Continental breakfast had a wide variety of food. Just right for the price!... more
I was traveling with my school’s hockey team when they played Delaware U. The team had made arrangements previously to stay at this hotel and since I was riding the bus down with them, I really had no choice but to stay at the same hotel. I had extremely high expectations for this hotel, since I stayed at a Quality... more
This place is best avoided. The rooms are OK as long as you bring a can of Raid to get rid of the roaches. Much of the place is under construction and appears to have been for quite some time. Garbage and a broken air conditioner were in one of the hallways and some "guests" stayed up until 1 a.m.... more
Called Hotel directly. Booked 6 weeks in advance. I asked for a non-smoking room with king bed on 2nd floor because I was told it was slightly less expensive. Instead I got two double beds in what they claimed was a no smoking room on a second floor. I booked for $62 plus occupancy tax. When I checked out, the... more
