The Sunset Tower is a GREAT hotel. I stayed there the night before and the night of my wedding, using our one-bedroom suite as the "getting ready" room for me and my bridesmaids. The staff was great, and very accomodating of everything we needed that day. My sister had booked a room for the night of my wedding, and they... more

I booked a weekend stay at the Sunset Tower three months in advance. We arrived to have the front desk tell us that a group had decided to stay longer and they had to give up our reservation. They had made arrangements for us to stay at a Best Western down the street. No apology. Unbelievable. This was beyond bad... more

I was fortunate enough to be a winner of the Glamour Reel Moments film series, and Glamour put us up at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood. What a gorgeous place! Everything was spotless (it was one of the only hotels I felt comfortable enough walking across the carpet in my bare feet), the room was beautiful and the... more

We just returned from our stay at the Sunset Tower. We arrived after we missed our connection and were delayed four hours, so we were very cranky upon arrival. We were happy to learn we were upgraded (complimentary) from a queen to a deluxe king. It was one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen and did not... more

During our trip to California, we decided to book two luxury hotel to experience the "Amercan dream". One of them was amazing but the other one was a terrible choice! The Sunset Tower Hotel is a terrible choice! Why? For many reasons: - When we arrive, the staff was so rude: they kept saying that we were NOT registered and... more

I booked a room at the hotel for my wedding night, but I didn't mention that to the hotel. When I arrived to check in I had my tux over my arm and they asked what the occasion was. When I told them it was my wedding day they instantly upgraded my room to a suite on the top floor... more

So there's no shortage of hotels on the sunset strip but finding one that gets beyond the location to actual service and comfort can be tough. Stayed one night at the Sunset Towers this week and it's definitely my new destination when i need to stay in this area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location excellent. And noise is less... more

Easily my favorite place to stay on Sunset Blvd now, the recent renovations adds an entirely new sheen that makes you feel even more like a 30s Hollywood star than before. Panoramic views of the chaos down below along with the more pretentious hotels adds even more of a grin to your face. more

I recently hosted my husband's surprise 40th birthday at the hotel and it was fantastic. The staff was unbelievably helpful. We had a fantastic room with an unsurpassed view of the city, the restaurant is amazing and I just can't say enough fantastic things about the staff. They really went above and beyond to make his birthday special. One of... more
