This hotel is in (and I mean right in) the picturesque vilage of Rancho Sante Fe. The hotel itself is on a wonderful property, and the hotel looks right over the main street of the village. It's expensive, but worth it for a getaway of this quality. The only possible downside would be the lack of options for dining, etc.... more

Stayed in a deluxe garden room - very comfortable, quite spacious, bathroom is very roomy and well-appointed. Dinner at the Inn and room service for breakfast were also excellent. Only negative is our room smelled a little smoky due to the wood-burning fireplace. Very unpretentious in character and nicely laid-out for a ranch-type feeling. more

We stayed one night at the Inn at RSF and it was very nice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable with nice feather pillows and plush bedding. When we arrived a Friday night in March 2006, the Inn staff stuck us in Room 18, a dingy room with stained carpeting. After we noted to the staff the film of grime covering the floor, they quickly upgraded us for free to a clean room with a recently renovated large bathroom.
