We contacted the hotel directly because we wanted to ask questions about transportation to the rose bowl, the airport, and others. We were told that a shuttle bus would be available to the hotel, and to the game. This was a major part of our decision to stay here. When we notified the hotel we were ready for the shuttle,... more

The hotel is "typically Hilton" with the same Crabtree and Evelyn bath amenities, plush towels and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet was good too. But it falls short of some other Hiltons. the pool area is small and bare, the air conditioning is a unit and not central, so the compressor was very noisy every time it kicked in. And... more

Well let me just tell you, we got a great deal with Hotwire. Hotwire works in a funny way, but you save tons of money. Hotel was good. Nice lobby and rooms. Beds and linens are comfertable and pillows were great. Bathroom was good, shower pressure was great. Location was great, just a block away from the main shopping street,... more

This hotel doesn't quite live up to the name displayed on their building and the cost of a stay. A hotel staff member entered our room without making his presence known to my girlfriend. This wouldn't have been a problem except she was half dressed. She was shaken -but okay when I returned. Service at the restaurant wasn't the best.... more

I stay at this property at least a few times a month and have to say that it is in an excellent location! The staff are ok - not extremely nice. The rooms are average for a Hilton! more

Stayed for four nights on business the first week of March. Have stayed at the hotel three times previously. As others have remarked, it is expensive. The taxes per night are close to $40! The rooms are in dire need of a remodel. I have stayed at lower end Hilton chain hotels and have had a nicer bathroom and TV.... more

We stayed one night and the room was tiny. the beds (both queen) were exetremely comfortable. but for the size of the room at the price that we paid for was too much. the location was great. the service was great except for the stuck up lobby staff. they didn't offer any amenities except for the room. I guess I... more

Very disappointing Upon Entry There is a valet but no one greets you when you pull in – even though there is no one else arriving. Room – first impression – not bad – typical of a Comfort Inn or Motel 6 but not typical of a Hilton. Tired. Buttons on phone stuck, old mini bar locked and assumedly empty,... more

Stayed at the Pasadena Hilton on business. I love Hilton Hotels because you know 1. bed is comfy (very important) 2. will get good in-room extras (high quality soaps, shampoo, lotions, mouthwash, coffee, chocolate on the pillow in the evening), 3. basics will be there (nice, fluffy towels, working hairdryer, iron). As an added benefit with this hotel, the staff... more

Hotel was alot nicer than the price I paid. The room was clean and tidy. Starbucks single coffee in the room. Never ate at the restraunt because the staff actually new their way around and had some great recommendations. View was awsome. Had to pay for the internet which is a rip but my only complaint. more
