The reception is actually on the thrid floor of the hotel even if it seems to be the ground floor as you enter the hotel, this quirk meant that my room 275 was one floor down and on the side by the freeway so I had some feint backgorund traffic noise. However I can't complain sine I only paid the... more

We stayed for a night while we visited Universal Studios. The location was convenient with an easy to use shuttle service. The lobby was cool and the business center worked well. The beds were ok. Our only complaints were the ants in our bathroom and the narrow hallways. more

We stayed here for just one night last week and it was GREAT! Very hip, boutique looking decor. The lobby bar and lounge area looks like a swanky Miami club. Excellent food (AWESOME shrimp lettuce wraps) and excellent service. Our room was on the 16th floor and had amazing views. It was spotless and we loved the blue, mocha, black... more

This was our first stop with a Virgin Fly-drive holiday booked in the UK. We normally stay in self-catering apartments or villas, so staying in a hotel was a new experience for us as a family. The hotel gives a good first impression, with a nice fountain out the front, and a lobby area with comfy sofas. We were 'upgraded'... more

The location was great for what we were there to do (go to Universal Studios), and the free shuttle to the park and City Walk was very convenient. The hotel was VERY busy the weekend we were there, but an army of staff attended to every need. We had read other reviews stating the hotel had recently been renovated., but... more

Overall I had a good stay. The hotel has been newly remodeled, the hotel is clean, rooms are small but adequate, and the staff is friendly. I was on the terrace level of the hotel which was not good. There was a sidewalk outside my room so I couldn't open the windows when I was in my room because anyone... more

I am surprised by some of the very negative reviews of this hotel. My husband, daughter (6yr old) and I stayed here for two nights in April and had a good stay. The rooms as previously reviewed are typical of Starwood hotels - modern and sleek. The size was fine for the three of us with 2 queen beds, and... more

Switched rooms 4 times and was charged twice on my credit card!!!!!!! I was angry but the staff was unfriendly, tried to tell me how to act, made excuses, tried to be little me, and never smiled. The first room the curtains were pulled down. The second room was right next to an elevator and had carpet stains and the... more

I decided to stay at the Sheraton because of the hotels proximity yo Universal Studios. The US shuttle will pick you up in front of the hotel and transport you to the park. When we arrived (myself, daughter and sister) the hotel clerk informed me that our room was not aailable but she had a larger corner room with a King... more

There are still some renovations going on in the lobby which made the check-in process silly (trying to hear the questions the clerk asked over the hammering noise.) The room was clean but the fact that $5.95 would be charged for consuming one bottle of water (that they leave in the rooms for convenience) made me think tap water would... more
