First we get in our room on a very hot day and the A/C don't work I have to find Housekeeping and ask how to work it, then she dont know so I have to wait until she finds maintenance then finally it gets fixed after a 4 hour drive it seemed like forever..... I am truly surprised this only gets a three-star rating on my travel sites: it was far better than the Hyatt we went to the following night. Party of 4 in one room with hot buffet breakfast (not a gourmet affair but quite adequate) and parking for the duration of the cruise.
