This hotel was adequate for our needs, staff were helpful. Shuttle only runs hourly though, We had a long wait at LAX, would have been nice if they told us when we called them. This was a wonderful place to stay when you need to catch a flight from LAX. The room was big and really nice with a balcony looking over a pool and a nice tropical garden. You couldn't hear the planes. The pool water was great. I was really happy with this place. Great deal! more

We ended up staying here on 3 separate occasions after our travel plans changed and required a few transfers out of LAX. Don't stay here is you are concerned by aesthetics, as the decor is dated and a little shabby. My family and I stayed in the travel lodge near lax on the night of august 20, 2008. We awoke with bits on our arms etc from bed bugs and found bed bugs in our luggage when we returned to canada. I sugges not staying at this motel until this problem is solved more
