Fantastic location -- right on walk of fame, catty-corner from the Chinese theatre, lots of shopping. Rooms are small but comfortable and well furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful (it is California afterall). Great burger bar on site -- lots of cool combos so you can still clog your atteries with even if you go with the turkey or veggie... more

Stayed 4 nights from Oct 4th. with 3 adult children and 1 teenager. Bathroom small and with no exhaust system became quite steamy but loved the Keihl products, water pressure great. we chose the roosevelt for its location...directly opposite manns chinese theatre and a stone's throw from the metro. this was a great decision as we only had two days in LA & the hotel was well placed for all the local attractions. we booked directly with the hotel but on arrival ended up with one of the smallest rooms next... more

The location is perfect for exploring Hollywood as it's right opposite the Chinese Theatre. The rooms are very small, but nicely done. Just what I thought LA would be like. This is a great looking hotel in a great location. Extremely friendly staff. The concierge was a bit too cool for school but helpful to an extent. Hire car was dealt with very well by reception, and free internet in the foyer made getting local info very easy. The room was nice.... more
