Quite pricey even bid from priceline, very nice hotel and excellent service. Valet parking is way too expensive. Good location, next to westfield. Wake up at mid-night and hear next door guy's laughing, sound isolation needs improvement. more
We booked the room in January 2008 for a stay in July 08. There are four of us. We booked a room with two double beds. We get there and everyone on line to check in was mad. The hotel staff kept apologizing to people. I knew I was in for something. They apparently booked all of the double bed... more
I stayed here for 5 nights and everything was perfect. The valet was expensive at $31 per day but it was worth it. The fridge had refreshments and is electronically monitored so i can't put anything in it. The rates were reasonable. The location is brilliant, its a five minutes drive from Beverly Hills and really near to Westfield Century... more
This was my third stay at the Hyatt in the last year, and while I like the hotel , it disappointed me this time. It is extremely convenient to my firm's LA office which is why I've stayed there, but I think this time was the last. As has been mentioned before, the rooms are very nice: the finishes are... more
The room was just absolutely breathtaking. We had a poolside view on the 10th floor that enabled a wonderful scope of LA, as well as, the sunset (not to be confused with Sunset Blvd.). The bed was amazingly comfortable. The flat screen TV and granite countertops on all the surfaces gave the room quite a luxurious feel. Our room did... more
I was out in LA for the first time and picked this hotel because it was close to all of the sites and areas i wanted to visit. From the outside the hotel's appearance is average but the inside defenitly makes up for the plain exterior. The room was very clean with modern amenities such as flat screen TV and... more
Even though we only stayed one night out of our 9 day trip to California, I would say it was one of the more beautifully decorated ones. We wish we would have stayed here longer. The hotel lobby is breathtaking with the rich warm colors. There were many chairs, couches and places to hang out. My husband used the wireless... more
Have you ever noticed, the higher the star ranking, the fewer the included services. This hotel is no exception. Parking is extra. Internet is extra. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. I'll give you a little secret---you can call and ask for one. It will come with 2 coffee pods and then you can buy more. For my... more
Great hotel. Perfect location. Rooms recently updated with flat screen TV's and furnishings. Wired and wireless Internet for $9.95 a day. Must go to the Equinox behind the hotel for $20/day to work out. Valet parking was $31/day or a long walk to self park. more
