Our family of 4 recently spent a night at the Double Tree en route to Sedona. The front desk greeted us with warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in (a Double Tree treat!). Hotel was very noisy. Could hear the cleaning crew throughout the hotel. Patrons walking around on walkways and stairs were very noisy. Stayed there for Thanksgiving and the weekend following and found the location to be excellent for getting around town. Close to the airport but far enough away for total relaxing quiet at the pool. The hotel is spotlessly clean and as comfortable as home. The staff were uniformly friendly and it is obvious that they take pride in their workplace.... more
