This hotel is very odd. The towers quite claustrophobic and the rooms small and dark. There was an older man on reciption who was especially rude. All in all it was a horrible experience with shouting from other guests and generally everybody not very happy! The only plus was the room was cleaned well and the location is right in... more

This hotel is in a great location - close to Santa Fe and you can walk pretty much everywhere. Cabs are also very cheap, so it's only a US$3 ride to most other places that tourists would like to visit. The rooms are small and a little tired. It seems that the room we had the bathroom had been renovated... more

I found their website (and info on orbitz) misleading. Not what I expected for a 4-star hotel. more

The hotel had many positive points, the rooms are comfy, the bathroom is first class, and it was well cleaned every day. There are 2 computers available for internet in the lobby but they are almost occupied, and the speed is also frustrating (but thats no big deal since there are "locutorios" in every corner of BsAs where you can... more

We stayed here one night while traveling from Uruguay to Tandil & did not have a pleasant experience. First of all, we had looked up rates on the internet but did not have a chance to book through a website. We asked about the internet rates and were told they could not honor that rate so we had to pay... more

Terrible experience. It is a 1 star hotel. Ugly rooms, bathrooms, ugly breakfast. Terrible service. You can get for the same price a better hotel. We stayed only one night and we moved for the same price to a 5 star hotel. If you travel a lot like us and know about hotels do not stay in this one. more

We stayed at Wilton for 2 weeks. We used this hotel as our base when visiting Buenos Aires and the surrounding area. We also left the hotel for 2 nights to visit the Iguazu falls in the Missiones province, but kept most of our luggage there. This was fine with the hotel, and they kept the keycard for us while... more

We chose the Wilton for value and location. The rooms are on the small side which was expected and the furniture is a little dated but very clean. Check in was very quick and efficient and we were pleasantly surprised when the room was available at 10:00 a.m. after an all-night flight. We freshened up in the room before hitting... more

The Wilton is approx 10 - 15 mins walk to Recoletta village with its great restaurants bars and niteclubs + the cemetary and park. It is also two blocks from the metro. Beds are large room clean, friendly staff who booked a tango show for us.2 free internet PC's are handy but slow. Breakfast is nice. Really liked this hotel... more

Secure your belongings in the safe! The day before we left to return home our bags were rummaged and souveniers and gifts were stolen from zippered compartments when we left for the afternoon. These bags were carry-on and the maid apparently thought she would be able to blame the heist on the airlines. The hotel never responded to our complaint.... more
