we stayed at the hotel 9-12th december. the location was good as was the room, breakfast etc. There was no concierge however the reception staff (one in particular) were excellent and much more helpful than any concierge we have ever encountered. The only downside to the hotel was the luggage storage. We had a late flight out of Buenos Aires... more
