Hotel has no air conditioning but it was not missed. Public areas are very nice, especially the free internet cafe. Included breakfast was outstanding ... great buffet style food on the fifth floor with a wonderful view. Room was small but very nice. Staff is superb. Location is superb, on the Plaza de la Cultura.
