Stayed 6 nights and the toilet backed up 3 mornings-the whole toilet suite moved -the shower was put together with a childs building kit and the floor was so dirty that your wet feet left black marks on the bath mat we had to wash all utensills in kitchen before we could use them more

The hotel was no more than adequate for the price. I stayed with my family for three nights and used it as a base for visits to theme parks. It was well located for Disneyland. The neighbourhood was a bit down at heel, although the supermarket across the road was convenient. The breakfast was 'continental' and disappointing to say the... more

The pictures on the web site are very nice, but the rooms aren't that great. If you looking for a place to sleep and not spend too much money on food this is the place. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty sad, not many choices. The rooms are pretty old and the surrounding neighborhood wasn't too great. They... more

We just finished our stay from July 12-July 17. We were pleased with the size of the room, comfort of the beds, big fridge and utensils available in the kitchen, large closet space. It is a 10 minute drive to Disneyland. The breakfast was more than satisfactory with toast, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee/tea. We also did our... more

Overall, a great experience. While not really close to Disneyland, it was only about a 10 minute drive max. Do make sure you get directions BACK TO the hotel - we managed to get lost around Disneyland. The room was very large, with a kitchenette and separate dressing/bath area. Nice little patio outside. Only complaint was some very loud people... more

A few miles down Lincoln then a right turn and a couple more miles and you are right in the Disneyland parking garage. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Pepper Tree--somewhat apprehensive due to some negative reviews, but for the money, it was better than I expected. Buffet continental breakfast is served at the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot... more

An Aussie winner – As Aussies ourselves we may be biased, but this Aussie owned hotel really comes thru. We just got back from 2 weeks in California. We were traveling with our 3 children ages 6 – 12 and normally found it difficult to get adequately sized rooms, but at hotel Pepper Tree we were really comfortable. The rooms... more

Great location. Rooms are big and clean. Nice - but small - pool area. The pool temp was perfect! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and available! more

We stayed at the Hotel Peppertree for 2 weeks and loved it, the staff are exceptional no matter what you are looking for weather it be directions to local attractions, extra towels or even printing boarding passes(Thank you Becky, you were a delight todeal with) The hotel is very clean and close to Disneyland and Knott's. The free breakfast we... more

Thank you taking your time to write a review! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your two week stay with us in Anaheim. We are currently reviewing the free continental breakfast at Azteca's restaurant and will continue to work with them to improve their daily breakfast service. Again, thank you for your kind words, and we hope to...

I booked a room for our two families based on reviews on Trip Advisor. We had no car, which was a problem since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and cabs were scarce. The rooms were very large but I wasn't thrilled with comfort of beds. One shower head didn't work and the other tub drain got clogged... more

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I apologize that we did live up to your expectations. We always do suggest renting a car because Hotel Pepper Tree is located 3 miles from Disneyland and 2 miles from Knott's Berry Farm. I will look into the issues you experienced with maintenance and front desk immediately.
