What this guest failed to mention was the outrageous behaviour she exhibited because she could not get her own way, could not bend the Hotel rules: No Visitors - No Exceptions which is clearly sign-posted in a lightbox above the Reception counter. All websites also clearly spell this out. Therefore, she has been totally dishonest in saying that there is...
