This was my second stay at the Sheraton on Darling Harbour in 2008. I was impressed (both times) by the standard of service. All staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. I stayed here twice over the course of two weeks. The location in Darling Harbour is very convenient. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist spots within easy walking distance. My room during my first visit was a reasonable size King facing the harbour. However, for my second visit I got a very small size king room where I was pretty cramped.... more

The number of hotels and serviced apartments dotted around Darling Harbour servicing the Syndey Convention centre makes choosing hotels a difficult one. Proximity for conferences is important, but so is comfort after a day of meetings. We had a king room with great views of darling harbour and had breakfast included at the hotel restaurant also.
