Location is very good - especially if you are arriving or leaving from Franca train station (just across the street. Easy stroll through old quarter or waterfront. Rooms are clean but very plain and small. Excellent breakfast buffet includes eggs "sunny side up" (plus the usual scrambled eggs) and lots of other food choices.
