Stayed here for one night and it was fairly average for a business class hotel. The hotel looks recently decorated and was very clean. My room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was good. Best thing about the hotel is the location, about 20m walk to Marianplatz and directly connected to an underground station. more

The Hilton Munich City was a great hotel. Very nice, very convenient to the subway, and very safe. We were only steps away from Rosenheimer Strasse and we didn't need a rental car at all. Although this hotel is not the tourist area, the convenient location right above the subway makes it a non-issue. Hotel is well-situated, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area is pretty blah, as there isn't much to do or go to. The U-bahn (subway) is right by the front door, so there is easy access to the city. Staff is very friendly. Interestingly, the rooms are in much better condition than the public areas. more

I have stayed here at least five times in the past two years. I like it's convenient location to the suburbs via the S-bahn and City Center via walking or the U-bahn. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. more

We booked this Hilton because of the subway stop underneath during this cold winter weather. When you get off the subway, head toward Muffathalle-Gasteig and you will see the Hilton elevator.
