I had the devil of a time sleeping comfortably on their 'heavenly bed' because the bottom sheet was too short to fold under the bottom of the mattress. If the bottom sheet is not tucked in, it doesn't take long for the sheet to ride up the bed leaving your feet to rub against the rough surface of the mattress.... more

A/C did not work in the hotel during the entire stay. Technicians "were working on it" for 3 days... result, the room was beastly hot. The rooms were average at best.
