My wife and I decided to stay here after reading "rave reviews" - the reasons for the raves remain a mystery. The plus - the grounds are nice (a small army of grounds people). The room was adequate. Hotel was beautiful, employees very helpful, rooms very clean, and, contrary to other reviewers, we thought the food was excellent at the hotel...of course it was expensive, but no more than anywhere else in Cabo...would go there again....July being the off season, we felt we had the place to ourselves...we are older...58 and 60.... more

This is a great resort. Our room was on the ground floor facing the ocean. You could walk out the sliding glass door, and sit on the private patio, looking right at the beach. The rooms were wonderful, and the staff very friendly, and helpful. more

Stayed at Casa Del Mar for 4 nights while attending my son's destination wedding there. It is a first class experience from the time you arrive until you leave.
