My husband and I just returned to the UK from 2 weeks in Mexico - one of which was spent at LCQC. We had originally booked this for just 2 nights, then moving to another hotel on the beach. We moved, only to return the same day... LCQC is fabulous if you are looking for a private, beautiful holiday. The... more

We haven't stayed at the hotel in years (we are living in London right now) but we have been there three or four times. It is our most favorite place so I must write about it. The town is (was) a bit grungy so as your driver takes you to the hotel you are wondering, "What have I gotten myself... more

La Casa Que Canta was exactly as one might expect. Very quiet. Outstanding service. The pools were great. Drinks were good. View from my room of Zihuatanejo and the bay were great. I loved the solitude and privacy. Perfect to take that special person in your life. It was hard to leave. The rooms are a little dated. if you... more

My husband and I split our vacation in two parts- the first, in Ixtapa and finishing up at LCQC. Thank goodness we didn't do this in reverse order, since NOTHING could possibly compare to the heavenly experience LCQC offers. The first thing you notice upon arrival- SILENCE. No kids, no screaming, no whistles blowing, no organized pool/ beach volleyball activities.... more

We spent our 25th annivesary at his hotel and it was perfect. Splurged on a private pool suite. Big bucks but WOW. Spent a lot of time hanging over the edge of our pool watching time pass by in Zihua bay. Wonderful. As noted in many other reviews the service is great. Everyone greets you every time they pass you... more

this hotel is fabulous, but very expensive. We had a villa with private plunge pool, hammock, and full view of the bay which was great. such a special room cost about $770/night, which was a splurge as it was our honeymoon. the infiniti pool is a wonderful place to drink margaritas which the waiters float over to you on trays.... more

I have to go with noname's review here, for the most part. The hotel is gorgeous, quaint, superb. The views are to die for. The private plunge pools are a blessing from heaven. We ate lunch and dinner practically every day on our patio by our pool overlooking the beach (we were in El Ensueno, Romance Suite--but don't stay in... more

We stayed at the hotel in early 2008 for our honeymoon. Lovely place. We are not too picky and don't mind spending money. There are many great reviews here...and each person is entitled to their opinion. This is a good place and you should experience all things yourself, rather than rely solely on a review. I will also add the... more

Was so excited to visit with 2 other couples after our husbands surprised us with a week away. Had the Owner's Suite on the top floor and it was stunning. Incredible view, every need anticipated, warm staff, excellent service. Cannot wait to get back again. Worth every penny of the cost. more

After hearing rave reviews from a few different people who had visited La Casa Que Canta, we knew this was the perfect choice for us. We really needed a week of relaxation with nothing more to do than to go from our room to the pool or the beach. This is the perfect location for ultimate relaxation and pampering. We... more
