My husband and i had two weeks in this crappy hotel, on arrival we were given our room, after staying in the room for the first night i was woken in the morning scratching from head to foot, i had been bitten by bed fleas, the room was musty and needed a good lick of paint, we complained and were... more

This review is overdue, but I stayed at this hotel with my brothers and my father. First, it took us more than 2 hours to get a room when we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked, but we found that the water was faulty- water was never hot enough for showers and the... more

Want to start by saying that this review will soon be outdated. The resort is closing from May 08 – October 08 to be renovated. However, I decided to still review the resort because I am not sure how much of a face lift the resort is getting. First I will start out with the good: • The beaches are... more

I had a great time! My advice to those who want to go to a 5 star, don't stay here and, if you do, don't compare Paradise Beach Club & Casino to a 5 Star! The beach was big, (bigger than the one at the Melia Carib at Punta Cana). All the staff there were helpful and happy to make... more

The hotel is all inclusive, so for the money you pay (about $45 a day) you get a great deal. The buffet food is average, but there is a wide selection. For a nice meal you should go outside of the hotel (but stay in the holiday 'village') we ate in a lovely place called 'Al Fresco' near the shopping... more

Where do I begin? I can't say I had a horrible experience but when I think of a vacation I will not be returning here. The hotel is old, it needs renovations. You don't go away for the bedroom you are staying in, but you also shouldn't really dislike your room. There are no elevators, which is no big deal... more

I will start by saying I had low expectations. Several of the recent reviews were scary to say the least (regarding theft, food, accomodations,) but I will honestly say I have no idea what these people were talking about. No, it's not a 5 star resort... (they plan to upgrade and become one by November) but they never claimed to... more
