Don't try to book the Wyndham for a wedding or anything else. It's been closed for months, all of it's furnishings have been auctioned off and the entire property has been left to the elements. Great rate on the internet but had no idea that the hotel was closing at the end of 10/2006 to be turned into high end condos... Initially I was not impressed, I knew it had been devastated in 2003 by Hurricane Fabian but assumed the renovations would be better. By the end of our stay however, we were very pleased.... more

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were very happy that we were able to get a great rate at a pricy hotel.
