I saw the Doyle and Debbie Show in Nashville several weeks ago, and it was one of the best, most entertaining shows I have ever seen. They should be famous! They are brilliant and absolutely hilarious. I can't remember when I enjoyed myself so much, it was the definite high point of my 8 weeks in Nashville. more
Too good to see only once. So full of humor and emotion - you just can't take it all in. If you love traditional country music - you'll recognize all your favorites. If you don't love country music - you'll love the parodies and exagerations. Debbie and Doyle are the leads - but don't ignore Buddy as he delivers some... more
If you hate country music, If you love country music, if you are a Nashville native, or a tourist passing through - You must see this show. It's a very respectable way to poke fun at the South, Nashville, and 1970's country. This show is a true talent and very intelligent. If you love to laugh - you should be... more
Word of mouth took us to see 'The Doyle and Debbie' show. Family values, religion, everyday ups and downs presented by Doyle (the oily one)... more
I happened upon The Doyle and Debbie Show in the Bluebird Cafe, Nashville in 2007. I was just travellng through and had never heard of them. In fact, I really just wanted to check out the legendary venue that is the Bluebird and I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a "serious performer" on that night. Half way through... more
The Doyle and Debbie Show with their silently expressive side man was the best theatre I've seen in a decade. The originality and absolute funniness of the show was amazing. Don't go be within 100 miles of Nashville and miss this. My sides ached from laughing and the lyrics are still stuck in my mind! more
If you visit Nashville, you must plan a Tuesday evening at the Station Inn to see and hear The Doyle and Debbie Show. A parody of all the great duos in country music, this show has it all. The music is terrific and the lyrics hilarious. The duo present a fictional couple of wannabe's who sound like the real thing.... more
I've seen this show about 10 times now and it just keeps getting better and better. The songs will stick in your head and you'll be laughing days after you see the show. One word will sum it up - HILARIOUS! See this show when you can, you'll laugh out loud. more
I saw the show at the Fargo Theatre. (In Fargo, ND of course) I wish they would have had a second performance as I would have loved to see it again as I am sure I missed some of the humor while I was laughing. If you ever get the chance to see the show, do so, and then plan... more
